In case the product you received is 'damaged' or 'defective' or "not as described", our friendly return policy has got you covered:

Follow the below steps for easy returns.

  • You may raise a request by writing to us on 'contact us'. The request should be raised within the time specified in the above schedule.
  • The customer has to upload pictures/image of damaged/defective products. The damage or defect should be clearly visible in the picture/image.
  • On receipt of the return request, we may arrange the Pickup for most of the regions. If your Pin code doesn't fall in purview or we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we'll inform you and request you arrange the shipping from your end. We will refund the courier amount up to Rs. 120.
  • The product to be returned should be finely packed in return package with original packing and tags.
  • We will process 100% refunds once we receive the product at our end.
  • The refunds are subject to the product condition and other parameters meeting our return policy.

In case you make a wrong order, you have to return the product at your expense. On receipt of the product at our end, we can refund or replace the product.

2. Items That Can't Be Returned

    • All items below Rs.150 (on invoice value, excluding taxes and delivery charges) cannot be returned/refunded/cancelled/replaced. Only Discount coupons will be offered.
    • All items purchased at the time of Maha Loot, Mega Sale, Fiesta Sale, sale during special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. cannot be returned/refunded/cancelled/replaced except for Damaged products & Delivery of wrong products.

Cancellation Policy (a service provider by Palred Retail Private Limited) believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: 

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the warehouse/vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. 

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Palred Retail Private Limited marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. 

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. You will need to send the product to manufacturers address. Manufacturers reserve the right to decline warranty service or change the terms of replacement warranty at any time.

Refund Policy

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and LatestOne or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts. Refunds will be subject to the following:

1. Orders paid online using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will be refunded only to your bank account within 7-21 working days from approval of refund request.

2. For Cash on Delivery payments, payment will be transferred to your bank account. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide bank details once the product is returned or return pick up is done. The Customer has to provide the bank details within 3 months from the date of return or else LatestOne will not be responsible to refund the money.

Disclaimer :

If You have reason to believe that Your Account is no longer secure (e.g., in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of Your account ID, PIN, Password, or any credit, debit card number or net banking login/password, if applicable), then You agree to immediately notify LatestOne and indemnify LatestOne from any liabilities that may arise from the misuse of Your Account. Under no circumstances does LatestOne ask for your confidential information

a) We will never call you to ask your credit card number, CVV number, OTP, etc. 
b) We will never ask you your ATM Pin or your online password
c) We will never share your details with anyone without your prior consent
